I am beside myself with how fast the garage was put up. I went from having a cement pad to a fully erected garage in 7 days!! The crew worked like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend Gramm construction for any construction project you have planned. He was reasonably priced compared to a couple of other contractors.

Josiah and his team did a great job with our deck and cement pad. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. Definitely would hire again when in need.

I will be using Gramm Construction again. I am very happy. They even took time to clean up their footprints that were tracked on my driveway, walkway and front porch. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Gramm Construction LLC did an awesome job on busting out our cracked and crumbling cement on our basement floor. They hung heavy plastic sheets on walls, before they started, to protect them. It was a very dusty area and Joshiah and his crew worked on it all day. They a great job pouring cement, finishing it and cleaning up. Highly recommended! We would hire them again for any of our projects.

We had a new Gas fireplace installed and needed someone to enclose it in. Called on Gramm Construction. They came up with a 3 sided angled wall to trim it out. Not an easy project. They did it all from framing, sheeting, tape and texture, primed and painted. Finished out the top of the wall to match the rest of the room with oak crown molding. Lots of angles to cut and fit. It took a professional wood craftsmen to make it look perfect and it does. Great craftsmen and easy to deal with! I recommend them very highly.

We had a wood fireplace and replaced it with a gas insert. We wanted a modern look so we called on Gramm Construction. They came up with a plan to close it in with a 3 sided angle wall. Not any easy project but it turned out beautiful. They did start to finish including framing, sheeting, tape and texture and paint. Trimmed the angle where it met the ceiling with oak crown molding. That was for a professional woodworker to accomplish and it looks 100% perfect. Great to deal with all around!

What a great crew! We’ve hired Gramm Construction for multiple jobs both in our private home and at our business. Both structures are over 100 years old, and our store is located in a building which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Josiah and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and able to handle the complexities of working in old structures while being careful to maintain the integrity of these old buildings. The work they do is beautiful, and they pay attention to the little details! Definitely recommend hiring GC and we will for future projects!

Needed a roof repair on short notice before bad weather. Josiah fit it in and got me out of a bad spot!

We have had a big spacious roof put on our garage. Gramm has done a fabulous job!

After the last wind storm we lost some ridge cap and had the need for some minor roof repairs. I called in the afternoon and Gramm Construction came the next morning to get on the roof and check it out. He took pictures and went over details with me. He set a date, showed up on time, and cleaned up when finished. Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Definitely the company I will call for projects or repairs.

In a place where it's hard to find someone to do a small job, Gramm Construction came and gave us a fair bid, fit the job in in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. I'm picky so I notice sloppy trim, improper fitting, etc. We'll be using them for our master bathroom remodel!
