After the last wind storm we lost some ridge cap and had the need for some minor roof repairs. I called in the afternoon and Gramm Construction came the next morning to get on the roof and check it out. He took pictures and went over details with me. He set a date, showed up on time, and cleaned up when finished. Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Definitely the company I will call for projects or repairs. See more See less

What a great crew! We’ve hired Gramm Construction for multiple jobs both in our private home and at our business. Both structures are over 100 years old, and our store is located in a building which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Josiah and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and able to handle the complexities of working in old structures while being careful to maintain the integrity of these old buildings. We had a wood fireplace and replaced it with a gas insert. We wanted a modern look so we called on Gramm Construction. They came up with a plan to close it in with a 3 sided angle wall. Not any easy project but it turned out beautiful. They did start to finish including framing, sheeting, tape and texture and paint. Trimmed the angle where it met the ceiling with oak crown molding. That was for a professional woodworker to accomplish and it looks 100% perfect. Great to deal with all around! See more See less

Had Josiah, owner of Gramm Construction, install a new roof on my house. He did a very good job including putting on new overlayment an had it done in 5 days. Cleaned out all the seeds in rain gutters and best of all he answers the phone and returns your calls. We would definitely use Josiah again!! See more See less

In a place where it's hard to find someone to do a small job, Gramm Construction came and gave us a fair bid, fit the job in in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. I'm picky so I notice sloppy trim, improper fitting, etc. We'll be using them for our master bathroom remodel! See more See less

We had a new Gas fireplace installed and needed someone to enclose it in. Called on Gramm Construction. They came up with a 3 sided angled wall to trim it out. Not an easy project. They did it all from framing, sheeting, tape and texture, primed and painted. Finished out the top of the wall to match the rest of the room with oak crown molding. Lots of angles to cut and fit. It took a professional wood craftsmen to make it look perfect and it does. Great craftsmen and easy to deal with! I recommend them very highly. See more See less

The work was done within original estimates on time, additional stuff was added during the renovation which they handled with ease. They were always on time, communicated well and did a great job keeping common areas between the rooms clean. Pricing was very fair and transparent.
